The 5th Annual Leadership Conference on Safety, Health + Sustainability marks a major milestone in our journey to make Florida the safest, healthiest, and most sustainable state in America. Over the years, we’ve been honored to bring together world-renowned leaders who have inspired attendees to think bigger, act boldly, and lead with purpose.

In 2023, we were motivated by Matt Higgins, dynamic entrepreneur, investor, and Shark Tank star, who shared his “Burn the Boats” philosophy, challenging us to leave our comfort zones and achieve extraordinary success. In 2024, we welcomed Michael Phelps, 23-time gold medalist and mental health advocate, whose inspiring story of resilience emphasized the critical importance of safety, health, and sustainability in achieving greatness.

And now, for our landmark 5th year, the excitement continues in 2025!

This year’s conference will open with Daymond John, legendary entrepreneur and Shark Tank star. Daymond will inspire attendees with his powerful leadership journey and innovative strategies for success. Following his keynote, he will be joined by fellow Shark Tank alum Matt Higgins for the highly anticipated Florida Pitch Tank, where CEOs will pitch their groundbreaking safety, health, and sustainability initiatives to the Sharks for real-time feedback and the chance to win exclusive prizes.

Our milestone year continues with a keynote by Christopher Marr, a visionary leader who will explore the transformative power of sustainable practices and their role in driving long-term success for businesses and communities.

On Day 2, we will be inspired by Carey Lohrenz, the first female F-14 Tomcat Fighter Pilot in the U.S. Navy. Carey’s message of fearless leadership, teamwork, and thriving under pressure will energize attendees and provide actionable insights for success.
