Manager of Programming at WinShape Teams

Jesse Parrish has a passion for coming alongside individuals and teams to lead them through experiences that develop self-understanding, empower decision making and encourage purposeful living. After receiving his master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Richmont Graduate University, Jesse worked for more than six years as a licensed professional counselor. In 2010 Jesse joined WinShape Teams and currently serves as the Manager of Programing. When Jesse is not working with teams and leaders, he enjoys spending time at home with his wife and son or wading a stream with a fly-fishing rod in hand.

Whether you’re a seasoned leader or an aspiring leader, you’ll be challenged to consider these timeless principles through this experiential and interactive series of breakout sessions.

Rusty Chadwick

Director of WinShape Teams

Rusty Chadwick has served with WinShape Teams since 2010. In addition to leading WinShape Teams, Rusty also speaks, writes, and creates development experiences for teams and leaders. Rusty is co-author of the book, Team Work: 13 Timeless Principles for Creating Success and Fulfillment as a Team Member. He is also an executive producer of For the Team, a documentary on team performance in the grueling endurance sport of adventure racing. Rusty holds a master’s degree in management and leadership from Liberty University. He lives in Rome, Georgia with his wife Bekah, and their two children Dawson and Ella.
